Ralph Cochran

Over the years, he has had the opportunity to contribute to the growth of several schools, serving in roles such as Board President, Superintendent, Advancement Director, and School Growth Consultant.

Ralph has a deep commitment to the vision of Classical Christian education and has been involved in starting, growing, and advising school's since 1999.

He's enthusiastic about helping Classical Christian education take root and thrive in Africa, Asia, Latin America,  and Europe. Ralph's dedication is driven by a desire to see Christ's kingdom grow through the flourishing of Classical education in a faithful and enduring way.

Joseph Roberts

Mexico & Vicinity

Joseph Roberts was born and raised in Aguascalientes, Mexico to missionaries who helped start a Christian school and Christian bookstores. He graduated from New Saint Andrews College in 2016 with a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Culture, and in 2017 with a M.A. in Theology and Letters. He is the Headmaster of LC Christian School in Lewiston, ID.

Jonathan Hunter

Ecuador, Colombia & Vicinity

Jonathan Hunter is a doctoral candidate in New Testament at the University of St Andrews (Scotland). Previously, Jonathan spent eight years as a missionary in San Jose, Costa Rica, working with in student ministry. He has a BA in Educational Ministries and Bible (Moody Bible Institute) and a MA in Biblical Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Relevant research interests include the intersection of philosophy of education, classical Christian education, and theological education. Jonathan and his wife Maggie have three children whom they home educate. When they are able, they are quick to visit the great outdoors or any museums highlighting the ancient world.

Nick Ellis

Brazil

Dr. Nicholas Ellis thrives in leadership roles in Christian education, bringing vision, cultural health, strategic alignment, and operational effectiveness. Dr. Ellis is both an academic (DPhil, University of Oxford, with a strong teaching and publication record across the disciplines of Theology, Religion, and Linguistics); and an organizational leader (having founded or led various organizations in North America, Brazil, East Africa, and Europe).

Dr. Ellis’s primary focus is leading Christian Halls International (www.christianhalls.org). CHI is a US incorporated non-profit network of micro-campuses that provide Christian higher education and skilled trade education within local communities across North America. In partnership with numerous accredited universities, CHI invests in supporting and training local teams to build local micro-colleges that integrate Christ-centered education, local flourishing, and civilizational renewal.

Dr. Steve Turley

Dr. Steve Turley (PhD, Durham University) is a scholar, author, and cultural commentator specializing in nationalism, populism, and civilizational renewal. Known as the “Patriot Professor,” he blends political science, theology, and classical education to help audiences understand the deeper forces reshaping the modern world.

He is the author of over twenty books and has published in journals such as First Things and The Chesterton Review. With more than a million online followers, Dr. Steve equips leaders, students, and citizens alike with historical clarity, cultural insight, and a hopeful vision rooted in faith, family, and freedom.

Dr. Christopher Schlect

Christopher Schlect, PhD, has served in classical and Christian education for over thirty years. At New Saint Andrews College, he directs the Classical and Christian Studies graduate program and teaches history, education, and rhetoric. Beyond NSA, Chris chairs the ACCS Accreditation Commission, teaches for Gordon College’s graduate leadership program, and is a National Alcuin Fellow.

Dr. David Diener

Dr. David Diener is an Assistant Professor of Education at Hillsdale College and Executive Director of the Alcuin Fellowship. His fifteen years in K–12 private education include eleven in administration and eight as a classical Christian school headmaster. He serves on the boards of the Society for Classical Learning and the Classic Learning Test, is a member of the National Council of Classical Educators, and provides regular consulting and teacher training.

He is the author of Plato: The Great Philosopher-Educator and has published articles on Plato, Kierkegaard, and various topics in philosophy of education. He also serves as the series editor for Classical Academic Press’ series Giants in the History of Education and is an associate editor for the journal Principia: a Journal of Classical Education. He holds a BA in Philosophy and Ancient Languages from Wheaton College as well as an MA in Philosophy, an MS in History and Philosophy of Education, and a dual PhD in Philosophy and Philosophy of Education from Indiana University.

Dr. Christopher Perrin

Christopher Perrin, MDiv, PhD, is the CEO with Classical Academic Press, and a national leader, author, and speaker for the renewal of classical education. He is the author of An Introduction to Classical Education: A Guide for Parents, Greek for Children Primer A, and co-author of the Latin for Children series.

He and his wife, Brenda, have five grown children who—along with their spouses—are all products of a classical Christian education. They are also the grateful grandparents of an ever-growing number of grandchildren.

Chris previously served for ten years as a headmaster of a classical Christian school in Harrisburg, PA.
