Welcome to our website and related services (the “Site” and “Services”).

The Site exists to support and expand the classical Christian movement across borders through educational resources, collaborative initiatives, communications, events, and mission-aligned materials.

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms contain provisions regarding dispute resolution, including binding arbitration for U.S. users and limitations on liability that affect your legal rights.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or Services, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms;

  • You agree to comply with them;

  • You agree to our Privacy Policy;

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. International Access and Cross-Border Use

The Services are operated from the United States but are accessible internationally.

By accessing the Site from outside the United States, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws;

  • Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions;

  • Data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, we implement reasonable safeguards for international data transfers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing, to use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, school, ministry, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Changes to Terms and Services

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective upon posting.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We are not liable for such modifications or discontinuations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and in a manner consistent with the mission of the platform.

You may not:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes;

  • Post or transmit defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, or unlawful material;

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;

  • Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;

  • Use automated scraping or data-mining tools;

  • Circumvent access controls;

  • Collect personal information of other users without consent;

  • Use the Services in a way that threatens the integrity, security, or mission of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. User Content

If you submit content (“User Content”), you remain responsible for it.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and display User Content solely for purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not violate applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (“Site Content”), including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, and educational materials, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Site Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

The Services provide educational and informational content only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

You are responsible for your independent evaluation of any information obtained through the Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy or completeness

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages;

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or

  • One hundred U.S. dollars ($100 USD).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;

  • Your User Content;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your violation of applicable law.

12. Data Protection and GDPR Considerations

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area:

  • We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws;

  • Legal bases may include consent, legitimate interests, contractual necessity, or legal compliance;

  • You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing;

  • You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

  • You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, United Kingdom, or EEA, you retain any mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution.

14.2 United States Users

If you are located in the United States at the time a dispute arises:

  • Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • Arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, USA, in English.

  • Proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis only.

Class Action Waiver

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Injunctive Relief Exception

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

14.3 European Union, United Kingdom, and EEA Users

If you are located in the EU, UK, or EEA:

  • You may bring claims before the courts of your country of habitual residence.

  • We may bring claims in the courts of your country of residence or Delaware, where permitted by law.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

14.3 European Union, United Kingdom, and EEA Users

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, school, ministry, or organization (not as a consumer), all disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Delaware, United States.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.

17. Electronic Communications

By using the Site or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive notices and communications electronically.
